Qdrant 1.19 replaced this with the cluster-wide quota API and plans to remove it in 1.21. Set QuotaConfig.maxResidentMemoryPercent through updateQuotas instead.

Resident memory, as a percentage, past which memory-consuming writes are refused.

Deprecated by Qdrant 1.19 in favour of the quota API, and still accepted and enforced there; the proto says removal is planned for 1.21.
