NON_ENTITY_CAPITALS
Words capitalized by grammar rather than by reference, read by Text.entityTokens — the ones that would otherwise look like named entities wherever they appear.
English has exactly one that matters: the first-person pronoun I, which is capitalized mid-sentence and would make every "what should I do" look like it named something. Most other languages capitalize no pronoun this way, so their packs leave this empty; German, which capitalizes every noun, needs a different strategy than this set can express and so keeps the entity guard's other rules doing the work.
